Dear Parents

We are starting to get into our working routines as we enter the 2nd full week.  Please remember to work with the children on their home schedule so as they are organised for school.

Reminders

1. Remember to read the diary with your children everyday and initial/sign each day so we see the communication chain is working from home to school.
2. Keep working on assisting children to bring in their devices from home, Tablets (ideally with a connected keyboard), fully charged and with a charger if their battery will not last a day.

This Week

1. We have the PYP8 Bake sale on Friday and students need to bring in something for this from home.  We have made this the Thursday homework and would like the children to make something at home as part of their Unit of Inquiry (As individuals we play a role in society) - as this will build on their understanding of roles and responsibilities - see homework post.
2. Children are asked to bring in any Olympics related items that they wish to add to a school display.
3. We are getting our Google Classroom up and running so please ask your child to show you once they have access.  We will be getting parent codes to you soon so you can better keep track of this.
